A New Jersey state marina

Leonardo State Marina is operated by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. The marina occupies a protected location on Sandy Hook Bay in Leonardo, part of Middletown Township, Monmouth County.

Its location—southwest of Sandy Hook and east of Naval Weapons Station Earle—makes it a convenient and recognizable base for recreational boaters, sailors and anglers.

Beyond dockage, the marina is part of Leonardo’s coastal character, with scenic bay views, wildlife and convenient access to nearby Sandy Hook and the Bayshore.
